I’ve been looking for a car with low mileage and in almost a new condition for more than 2 month in Kansai area. I went to many dealers and car shops in Osaka, Hyogo and Kyoto. However, all cars were not as good as I anticipated and the monthly payment was relatively high. Later on, luckily, I found a nice car, equipped with all options I wanted, at Duxy Kitanago Yaten store. Once I visited there, the sales staff was so kind and friendly. We inspected the car together. He explained about all features and options. The manager Yamaguchi san was so flexible and cooperative. He kindly explained about the procedures clearly and properly. He not only adjusted the monthly payment as we requested, but also helped us to accelerate the paperwork to receive the car in very short time. Meanwhile, the insurance specialist was there to help us enrolling in the car insurance of our preference. After filling in the necessary documents at the store on the same day, all communications and adjustments were carried out online, in English, which was a big help for us. The communication and interaction were so quick and smooth. In fact, this is my first time to purchase a car from Duxy but definitely, it will be the last time. I will introduce Duxy Kitanago Yaten store to all my family and friends. We are so grateful to all staff and Yamaguchi san. I am looking forward to see you again.
